Project Type
Website redesign
(UX/UI + content restructure)
Redesigned a two-location dental website by rebuilding information architecture, writing patient-facing copy, and designing a responsive UI so new patients can find services, forms, and booking fast.
Problem
The old site did not work on mobile and felt dated.
Everything lived in one scroll, so forms, booking, and location info were easy to miss.
Some content was inaccurate and generic, which made the practice feel less trustworthy.
Solution
Split the site into clear pages for New Patient, Services, Locations, About, and Book Now.
Wrote and organized service content so people can scan and act, not read a wall of text.
Built a consistent page structure and booking path that routes to the correct office.
Outcome
Responsive two-location site shipped in 3 to 4 weeks.
New patient forms and booking are surfaced across the site and routed by location.
Launched with a Dentrix workaround, plus DNS transfer, basic SEO, and analytics.
Information Architecture
I replaced a single scrolling homepage with task-based pages so patients can find services, forms, and the right location fast.
