Project Type
Website redesign
(UX/UI + content restructure)
Redesigned a two-location dental website by rebuilding information architecture, writing patient-facing copy, and designing a responsive UI so new patients can find services, forms, and booking fast.
Problem
The old site did not work on mobile and felt dated.
A single scroll page offered no clear paths for different patient intents.
Outdated and generic service content reduced clarity and trust.
Solution
Rebuilt the site into task-based pages and a consistent navigation structure.
Rewrote and reorganized service copy into short, scannable sections.
Shipped a booking request flow that routes to the correct office, working around third-party plugin constraints.
Outcome
Responsive two-location site delivered in 3 to 4 weeks.
Service pages follow one repeatable layout with fixed sections and CTAs
The launch included DNS transfer, baseline SEO, and analytics setup.
I started with the homepage because it was the only page doing every job. I rebuilt navigation, booking, and the two-location split there first so the site worked end-to-end on mobile. Once that baseline held up, I separated services, locations, and new-patient content into dedicated pages and reused the same layout and copy structure across them.
